Im looking for a water-proof or water-resistant backpack for school, where can i get one?

your best bet is a sporting goods store try Dick's, sports authority, or even online, but back packs are expensive, and the more features the higher the price, you could always buy a normal backpack and use water proof spray which you can buy at walmart. Cabelas or bass pro will probably have them but they will be really expensive. i typed water proof backpacks into google shopping here is a nice one, its from a dive shop.
